Hurts my back
I have the original in black, not this super cute fun retro print. However the pretty design doesn't affect how it feels to wear this carrier. My husband loved it and had no issue wearing our daughter in it. However I couldn't wear it for more than ten minutes before my back was killing me. It did make my daughter happy to face out and see the world (and teeth on the front) so I would give in from time to time. Still I would try these on and put something with weight in them to really see how it feels. BabyBjorn makes other carriers with a different support structure that might help.
