There is no question...baby bjorn products are on the pricey side. This is the second baby bjorn item I have purchased (I love the travel crib just as much), and it is again worth every extra penny. You can assemble and disassemble this in under a minute (so if you want to take the legs off to travel or store, it is very easy). Everything wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the top tray is removable and can be placed in the dishwasher (although I discourage this as many dishwashers get very hot and can melt plastic...just as easy to clean in the sink). Baby is secure, not tipping hazard, and seems comfortable. Although the tray seems like it would be snug, it really isn't. My 14 month old is still on the closest setting...plenty of room to grow. Also, the tray is just below table height, so I can scoot her up to our table, and she can eat off the real table, too (great for family meal time).
I have zero complaints about this high chair. It's perfect for my needs. I love how nice and tight the tray sits against my son because the food has nowhere to go. I put a bib on him and there is only mess from the tummy up (which with a one year old who frequently misses his mouth is unavoidable). Folding the legs down for storage or moving from room to room is easy, clean up is easy, getting him in and out is easy. I was concerned that there wasn't a 5 point harness but the way that the tray sits snug around his body he's in there and can't really move around that much when he's doing his ninja moves to avoid a spoon full of food or leaning over to feed morsels to the dog. I love it. It's definitely worth the price!!

Review 3 for BabyBjorn High Chair

This is a great, smaller footprint highchair. It has no fabric, which means it is a breeze to clean. After reading online reviews, I was concerned about it being able to accomodate our (very large for her age) 9 month old for several years, but when I put her in it there is plenty of room to grow. I love that we can pull it up to the dining room tale and easily fold it away in the closet when not using it.

Great Small High Chair ~
We really love this Baby Bjorn High Chair! The High Chair is a simple design that goes with any decor and is very safe and compact. The only negative is that you must clean off the tray before taking your child out, because the tray tilts down when you turn the knob to take your child out of the high chair. Overall, the design is great, compact, and easy to clean. The tray is even dishwasher safe and small enough to fit in a dishwasher! The high chair is small and does have a fairly low back. We like Baby Bjorn products and this one is great, too.

slick and supportive
Highly recommend this product. It's light, easy to clean and provides great support for babies. We used it for our son at 5 months and still enjoy using it daily. I love that the tray can fit under most dinning tables so you can pull up the seat to your dinning table if you like or have the option of using the tray separately. I'd done a ton of research and couldn't wait to get this in our home. It became available in US months after it was available in Europe.
I love BabyBjorn products. They're almost universally well made, modern and functional (without a bunch of unnecessary frills). This high chair ticks all those boxes, but it's exceptionally small. And yes, I was looking for compact, but not so small as to require purchasing a second high chair in a few short months when my (admittedly large) 5 mo. old grows out of it. Given the price, I would want this high chair to last for several years. Instead, this high chair seems better suited to a transition between bumbo chairs/infant seats and a full-fledged high chair (which can be a bit big for younger infants). Of course, if you happen to have a petite child, this high chair could be just the ticket.

While the Baby Bjorn highchair looks/feels small, it’s sized for all highchair-child stages up to age 3 (or 38” tall), and just built on a smaller, dining room table-friendly silhouette. The height (or its diminutive size), is like an optical illusion – it looks smaller, but it’s sized to fit without the extra frame size. Plus, the innovative combination of the high chair’s snug seat with the fully adjustable tray is designed to “hug” the baby, and prevent them from standing-up, thus minimizing any potential mealtime injuries. Another great innovation from Baby Bjorn!
