We figured we'd use this for just an indicator if a fever was getting serious. Well one day the fever was getting into that range, and I said, ok, time to dump it and go rectal. Amazingly, rectal was EXACTLY the same temperature as the Mobi! Great product, easy to use and accurate!

Works Great
This is an easy to use great little thermometer. I got this a few weeks ago after buying a different brand that didn't work. I love that you can take the temperature by the ear or the forehead as well as talking a room reading. It has a mini flashlight for night use and a big display with a talking audio read out. Works great!
While it's easy to use, I found that if you don't place it hard inside the baby's ear, it doesn't get an accurate reading. Also, it's hard to shove it down the baby's ear because it's too large for newborns. Perhaps, when my daughter gets older, it will be much easier to get an accurate rating.

One of the many reasons we love this thermomter is for its multi-functionality! This thermometer can be used in the ear AND on the forehead. It seems as though you may have been using the forehead probe to get an in-ear temperature reading. You must remove that probe and then place the thermometer into the ear to get an accurate reading.
when my kids have fever they dont like to botherd, so when I try to check their fever with a regular thermometer they would stragle and cry. this product read the fever in a snap! I wish I got it a lot earlyer!! would save me tons of time, tears and energy.
"The Hannanian Law" - When I'm naot at the office, I'm rushing around with my kids. Thats why whenever I can find a shortcut or a break, I take full advantage of it. Thats exactly what this thermometer was, and I love it to death- for saving my life last autumn. Both my kids had mega fevers and had it not been for this thermometer, I'm not sure how I would have gotten through it. Great Buy!
This thermometer is easy to use and accurate! I love that you can take your child's temperature temporally while he is sleeping and the little nightlight on the thermometer lets you read his temperature. You can also take the temperature by putting the thermometer in the ear. I had one other thermometer before this. You took the temperature by placing the thermometer under the armpit and it was totally inaccurate.

Made life easier
My son is very dramatic...very very dramatic. Taking his temperature was a nightmare, he would scream and cry and then I would cry. A friend recomended this thermometer to me. I love it. My son loves it. Taking his temperature has become a fun activity.

Tired Parents Best Friend
Sick children can be exhausting, we all know that. This thermometer was the best investment my family has ever made. It make 2 a.m. fever checks super easy and fool proof. I use the forehead method when I am too exhausted to think anymore. It is very accurate. I like the fact that it records and saves the temperatures, so when I don't have paper and pen handy when tracking a fever, I can just look back at it later (it also saves the time the temperature was taken). Wonderful product for newborns, toddlers and adults.
