Buy Two! No, Three!
My daughter Zoe has neonatal lupus, so we use 100% organic cotton and bamboo everything (including diapers!) So it's very important that what she put's in her mouth is as natural as we can possibly find. Sophie is more than we could have ever hoped for. Made from 100% natural rubber, containing only vegetable based dyes, this lightweight squeeky teething toy can be flung around by our 3 month old infant with ease and as she begins to chew on her ears now, she can progressively move to the hooves and other areas when her teething pain becomes more intense. We have two sophies, one for the diaper bag and one at home. . . . we probably should get a third!! THis is an awesome shower gift!!!

my baby loves this
so supple... i think my baby spends the most time with this than any other single toy/teether. the sqeaking is an additional plus to an already great teether. plus, the legs are long enough to reach the back of her mouth, so it soothes the hind gums, as well. another plus, is that it's easily washable, which is important, bc it gets 'dirty' after each use.

baby loved it instantly!
the giggle salesman told me that EVERY baby loves Sophie. my baby always has to warm up to a new toy, it usually takes several weeks for him to actually like something new. But Sophie was different, he liked it right away. It's easy for his small hands to hold and the ears are right now his favorite part to chew/suck on. When I show him Sophie, he gives me a smile. He likes it when I make it squeek, as he can't do it himself yet.

Teething Triumph
Sophie the giraffe has saved us during the teething process. My daughter loves to chew on this toy. She prefers it to all the other teething rings and toys we've tried. Sophie the giraffe is also super cute and is sure to bring a smile to my daughter's face anytime she looks its way.

I was skeptical - but Sophie really is amazing!
My 6 month old baby cried constantly in her car seat. I'd planned a trip to New York with her that involved a lot of flying, driving, and walking - all in the car seat. A friend suggested Sophie as a distraction and I was skeptical of buying yet another toy, but it worked! The first time we got in the car with Sophie, my daughter was so quiet that I was sure I'd forgotten her at home. Sophie goes with us everywhere now. I highly recommend getting two. It's my new shower gift for all my friends.

Sophie is Delightful!
I purchased Sophie as a Christmas gift for my 2 month old daughter, Abby, last year. It was an instant hit. She could hold onto Sophie's neck, and the brown/white print was eye catching. Sophie has gone everywhere with us since! She's the perfect teething toy and is soft and sweet looking. She'll hold Sophie by two legs and gnaw on the other two legs. My daughter turned 1 this week and we had a pink giraffe birthday party as a nod to Abby's love of Sophie! Sophie was the "guest of honor" with a pink ribbon around her neck. Sophie is definitely my new go-to baby gift for all my friends!

Indispensable...Sophie is a constant in our sons life :) He loves sucking/chewing on each leg and she has been a lifesaver on many occassions. A must have and I recommend at least two because when the first one gets lost, you'll be happy you have a back up.

A must have!

All the hype is true!
My daughter loves this giraffe! To me it doesn't look that exciting, but she loves it. It is really easy to squeak and so she really likes being able to make the noise by herself. I would definitely recommend this toy.

Easy wash and wear giraffe
My son loves Sophie. She was the first toy he could hold. The first toy he sucked on. The first toy to be launched out of the stroller onto the street - but she just washes clean.
He squeals with delight when he sees her come out of the toy basket to go out with us. I have given her as a gift to a lot of friends who are having babies.

Great teether!
My daughter received this teether for her first Christmas and it has been, by far, her favorite. She is now 13 months old and still enjoys playing with it. I like that it's natural rubber (no worries about BPA!) It's also easy to clean.

Excellent Toy and Teether
My 6 month old son loves Sophie The Giraffe!!! It is made with extremely soft rubber and is very easy for him to grip and bend. He also loves the squeaky noise, which is very easy for him to produce, however it is not loud and annoying for me. I gave him this toy one time when he was very upset - after handing him a bunch of other toys first. This immediately calmed him down. This has worked dozens of times since!

Wonderful Toy

Daughter ADORES Sophie!!!
My daughter adores Sophie. I got it for her when she was 4 months old. She immediately took to her. The four legs fit in her mouth perfectly. Now that she is 6 months, she can fit her ears in too. No teeth have broken through yet, but it continues to be a favorite toy.

Favorite first toy
My son absolutely loves Sophie The Giraffe, easy to handle; enjoys the simple squeaky sound and it is very easy for moms to clean. I would recommend to get two, one for home and one for the stroller.

Best teething toy ever!
My daughter starting playing with this at around 6/7 months old. She'd hold it and chew it all the time. There is something about the shape and texture that make Sophie easy for little hands to hang on to while also soothing their gums. This was a Must Have in our house from 6 months through 12/13 months old!
