Maclaren Quest Mod (2009)
For parents on the go who need a stroller that can keep up with them, nothing beats Maclaren. At 12.1 pounds, this stroller is slightly heavier than the Volo, but offers four seat positions to the Volo's one. Why it’s a giggle pick: Famous for their "five-second single-hand fold," these strollers collapse and open up again as easily as an umbrella without ever compromising safety. Who it’s perfect for: City parents navigating public transit, or any parent who needs a stroller that can keep up with them. Click here for more product details .

Great Stroller
I was reluctant to spend this much money on an umbrella stroller, but I found this stroller used at a thrift store and I have to say - if it broke tomorrow I'd drop the $250 to replace it. It maneuvers easily, reclines comfortably, is made of high-quality material that is easy to clean with a damp cloth and some soap, and it's just plain well made. There's a reason you see Maclarens everywhere! Even though my used one has obviously been through a lot, it still maneuvers perfectly and with a lot of elbow grease I got it looking just like new (despite the caked on who knows what that was everywhere.) The fold is great, and the sling strap is so handy when I have to go up or down stairs with the stroller and my toddler.

Light and Easy
I love this stroller. I used it for my twins, carrying one in an Ergo and the other in the stroller when I took them out somewhere on a bus. It was easy to put up and take down, easy to push and very light. I think it must have been comfortable as well because my twins would battle to get to it first.
I needed a lightweight stroller for travelling (which we do a lot since we live in Hawaii). The one handed close and the fact that the MacLaren is so light is what sold me. I also began using it for mall trips because its so narrow so it can fit anywhere. I LOVE IT and recommend it to all my friends.
This stroller is a dream to use and tote around. It is light, easy to fold, and comfortable for my 2 year old. It handles like a dream and is as nice as the large clunky ones - only it won't break your back getting it in and out of the car. It reclines almost flat and my toddler can sleep in it. Love it and wish I had bought it first!
This is a killer stroller!! We love it. Had 2 other umbrellas before we caved and bought the Quest Mod. Worth every penny and then some...folds up very easily. Nice to have the carrying strap and a handle--doesn't seem like a big thing, but they are actually in the right spots and make it easy to haul around. The reclining feature is awesome and nice to have more than one option, as well as the foot extension. Well thought out baby gear!
Flying with it next month and was thrilled when someone told me that they'd flown with theirs and the plane allowed them to put it in the overhead compartment.
