not durable
This product is supposed to be able to withstand freezing and maintain it's flexibility. After a few uses, the gel became hard and immaleable, rendering it useless. Not only does it not bend anymore, it doesn't get cold at all. It's like a paperweight. Not a good purchase in the least.
