Worst Sucker
Thank goodness I kept that HUGE bulb from the hospital or else my son may still have mucus in his little nose. The motor is quiet but the power is lacking. It was helpful for getting super moist mucus out of his nose but for the deep down, help my baby to breathe mucus, it couldn't do it.

VERY BAD!
I usually don’t write reviews, but this item is so bad I wanted to make sure no one else wasted their time and money on this thing. It does not suck anything and it takes 10 minutes to wash it inside! VERY BAD! I can’t say it enough. Mine broke after a week. Save your money, buy another battery operated one!

I'm sorry you had a poor experience with this nasal aspirator. It shouldn't have broken after a week of use, so we'd be happy to exchange it for you. You can bring it in to any giggle store, or contact Customer Service at 800.495.8577.
