perfect for newborns
I was given a bunch of these before my son was born and he LIVED in them for the first few months. Being born in December, I layered his clothes a lot. He wasn't a scratcher, but used to put his fingers in his eyes all the time, so I liked to have his hands covered. Since most of the outfits we were given didn't have fold-over sleeves, these were the perfect under layer. Plus, the side snap feature is the absolute best for changing a new baby who doesn't want things put over his/her head. As he got bigger and the weather got warmer, I used these as undershirts for his short sleeves - super cute! Made of organic cotton? Bonus!

Great Basic- Please make bigger sizes!
My little one lived in these as he hated having clothes go over his head. I came back on to buy the next size up and was disappointed to see that only newborn is available. Please make bigger sizes! I would highly recommend for any new moms.

SIMPLY THE BEST
I have dozens of bodysuits and these are by far the best.
I love he kimono-style for newborns to minimize the manipulation of clothes going on and off over the baby's head. Given how many wardrobe changes occur in the earliest days of a baby's life, the ease of taking these bodysuits on and off is priceless.
I also love that these bodysuits have hand covers. I find hand covers to be invaluable to protect against unintended scratching.
Both of my sons were between 7.5 and 8 lbs at birth and the sizing of these bodysuits was perfect; the 0-3 month size lasted from day one through about 2.5 months.
I love the organic fabric of these bodysuits. They are soft but totally durable despite many wash and dry cycles.

The BEST!
This onesie saved me in the first few months. I love the kimono style. Not having to slip it over my newborns head made such a difference. Goes great with a sleepsack.

Perfect!
Love these shirts -- ultra easy and comfortable to put on a squirmy baby. I wish they come in bigger sizes as well! My son is 7 weeks old and is about to outgrow these shirts.

My favorite onsie
I couldn't live without these long sleeve onsies the first three months. The are soft, easy to snap, and were one of the few brands I was able to get the most use of. Love the better basic layettes at giggle!

Difficult to Figure Out
I received this item as a gift for my first child. While the quality is good, the design is difficult to figure out. There are so many buttons and it is difficult to determine where they line up. I would forget the kimono style and go with a regular plain front onesie with snaps at the bottom only.

Used them every night!
I bought four of these and used them in rotation every night until my baby grew out of them! Kimono, Longsleved and hand covers...you can't go wrong. I wish they made them up to 12 months.

Great!
These onesies are the best! Much easier to put on and take off than the traditional ones. The snaps are a little bit confusing at first, but very easy after one or two changings. These are a staple in my baby's wardrobe.

Baby lived in these!!
The onesies are s great because they don't go over the head which makes changing your little ones clothes (and changing diapers) a breeze. The size is great and they hold up very well after lots of washes. These onesies were one of the best buys I made for my little one! They are a must have.

Perfect for new parents
These are must-haves for the early weeks, especially for first-time parents, who may be intimidated by non-kimono-style onesies. Easy to dress and undress your newborn. I do wish they were a bit softer against baby's skin.

Great basic onsie
I bought several of these for my newborn baby, and they were prefect for the first several weeks when he was too small for most 0-3 month clothing. As other reviewers have pointed out, the kimono stlying is the best for dressing little ones. I love that they are organic cotton, and super soft against my baby's delicate skin. The one drawback is that after several washings they began to look worn out.

Easy on and off = happy baby!
kimono style is great for newborns - baby screams when i put things over her head so this works! quality great. i take away 1 star for boring colors.

Easy to Take On and Off
These "onesies" are well-made. The front snap closure makes it easy to take on and off (with no over the head or arm struggles) and they are cut so that the diaper does not hang out of the bottom of the outfit. Plus they are super soft and have "mitts" for the hands if you choose to use them. I always keep one in the diaper bag since I know it fits well.

Great, but some flaws
This is a great product. Soft and easy to wear. But, fold over mitts do not really cover hands of my baby. The mitts seem rather short.

The BEST onesie!
The "Giggle Better Basics, Long-Sleeve Baby Body" are the PERFECT onesies for your little one! We have these for our little one in every size and color and wear them almost everyday! Because of their "kimono-like" style, they make getting on and off the baby super easy! They wash great too!!

staple item
This organic kimono style oneies were a basic necessity. I did not have them for my fist child, but discovered them for my second. They are so soft and tick. Easy to dress a fussy child quickly.
